Our Team

Jason has called Victoria home for the past 25 years, and his love for the city runs deep. As the Lead Pastor of City Light Church, he is passionate about seeing lives transformed by the power of Jesus and the truth of His Word.

With over 20 years of active ministry in Victoria, Jason’s calling is rooted in Matthew 24:14 “And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.” That verse fuels his vision to see the gospel reach every corner of the earth — starting right here at home.

Jason and his wife Michelle are proud parents to seven incredible children. Before stepping into full-time pastoral leadership, Jason spent two decades building and leading a successful business in the city, which shaped his approach to servant leadership and community impact.

Outside the pulpit, he's no stranger to grit and discipline, having played rugby for many years, and is an active powerlifter. Jason's heart is to lead with authenticity, boldness, and a deep love for people.

Claudio serves as a Church Elder overseeing Life Groups and part of the Speaking Team.

He believes that people need healthy, emotional and spiritual relationships. He loves sharing his lived experiences and hearing the stories of others. He values practicing presence in people’s lives and faith journeys.

Claudio is the Campus Life Director with Youth for Christ Victoria, providing support to at-risk youth.
